These terms govern the use of this website. Orders are not placed here. They are placed in the Novus Byzantium LLC importer portal, which has its own terms, and those are the terms that govern a purchase.
What this website is
This website is informational. It describes who Novus Byzantium LLC is and how U.S.-side fulfillment works for patients who import in their own name. No product is sold here, no price is quoted here, and nothing on this website is an offer, a solicitation or an invitation to buy.
Not advice
Nothing here is medical, legal, regulatory or tax advice. Novus Byzantium LLC does not provide, recommend or review prescriptions, and does not file an import authorization on anyone’s behalf. Whether a product may be imported, and in what quantity, is determined by the patient’s physician and by the competent regulator.
The patient is the importer
On every shipment to Brazil the patient is the importer of record, in their own name and for their own use, under RDC nº 660/2022. Products imported this way hold no Brazilian registration and are not medicines under Brazilian law. They may not be resold, nor transferred to anyone else. Importing on behalf of a third party, reselling or passing the product on is prohibited by that resolution.
Accuracy of regulatory references
Regulatory references on this site are dated where the date matters. Rules change, and a reference that was accurate when published may stop being accurate. Where a statement here conflicts with the regulation it cites, the regulation governs.

This website is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Novus Byzantium LLC is not liable for loss arising from the use of the website itself. That does not limit any obligation arising from an actual order, which is governed by the portal’s terms.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Nothing in them limits a right a visitor holds under the consumer-protection law of their own country of residence.

Any change to these terms is published on this page, and the date below is updated with it.
