Refund Policy
No product is sold on this website. Purchases are made in the Novus Byzantium LLC importer portal, and the portal’s terms govern them. This page states the refund commitments that apply to every order.
If an order does not ship
An order ships only after Novus Byzantium LLC has checked the patient’s prescription and import authorization. Where an order does not ship, the amount paid for it is returned in full.
Before an order ships
Until an order has shipped, the patient may cancel it and receive the full amount back.
After an order ships
Once a shipment has left the United States, the patient is the importer of record on it. Customs clearance and import duties are the importer’s responsibility. What happens if a parcel is retained or seized in customs is set out in the importer portal’s terms.
How a refund is issued
A refund is returned to the method used for the payment. How long it takes to appear depends on that provider.
Rights under local law
For patients in Brazil, nothing on this page limits the rights given by the Consumer Protection Code, Law nº 8.078/1990.
