Privacy Policy
This policy covers this website, novusbyzantium.com, and nothing else. The Novus Byzantium LLC importer portal is a separate application with its own privacy policy, which is what governs prescriptions, import authorizations and any other document a patient submits there. Nothing of that kind is collected on this website.
What this website collects
This website has no account, no login and no form. Every page can be read without identifying yourself. Three things are recorded as a by-product of serving the site:
- Aggregated usage statistics through Vercel Web Analytics: page views, referring page, approximate region, device type and browser. These are aggregated and are not used to identify an individual visitor.
- Request logs kept by our hosting provider, Vercel Inc., which include the IP address of the request. They exist for delivery and security.
- Typefaces loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google LLC receives the IP address of your request when a page loads.
If you write to us by email or WhatsApp, we hold the message and whatever you chose to put in it. Please do not send medical information, prescriptions or health data to those channels.
Cookies
This website sets no advertising cookies and performs no cross-site tracking.
Why we process it
Aggregated statistics and security logs exist to keep the site available and to understand which pages are read. A message you send us is processed in order to answer it. We use none of it for advertising or profiling, and we process no health data on this website.
Where it goes
The site is hosted, and its analytics processed, in the United States, so a visitor outside the United States is sending this data abroad. The recipients are our service providers: Vercel Inc. for hosting and analytics, and Google LLC for web fonts. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone else for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
Usage statistics are retained in aggregate form. Request logs are retained for the period set by our hosting provider. Email and messaging correspondence is kept for as long as it takes to answer it and to keep a record of the exchange.

Write to contact@novusbyzantium.com to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted, and we will answer.
Changes
Any change to this policy is published on this page, and the date below is updated with it.
