Novus Byzantium LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company registered in the United States. We operate as the authorized U.S. distributor and outbound shipper of record for hemp-derived CBD products manufactured by Swiss Vitalis LLC (Delaware, USA).

Our role is strictly limited to U.S.-side fulfillment: order processing, payment settlement in U.S. dollars, export documentation, and carrier handoff. Importers remain the importer of record on every shipment.

3.a · United States

Hemp-derived CBD under the 2018 Farm Bill

Swiss Vitalis hemp-derived CBD products are manufactured in the United States and comply with the 2018 U.S. Agriculture Improvement Act (“Farm Bill”), which removed hemp and hemp-derived cannabinoids (including CBD) containing ≤ 0.3% Δ9-THC on a dry-weight basis from the federal controlled-substances schedule. Novus Byzantium LLC ships these products only from U.S. territory and only to jurisdictions where personal importation is legally available to the importer.

3.b · International personal import

Brazil — ANVISA personal-import pathway

For importers located in Brazil, Novus Byzantium LLC fulfills shipments exclusively to individuals who have obtained, in their own name, an Anuência de Importação from ANVISA under RDC nº 660/2022 (personal import of products derived from Cannabis). Nota Técnica nº 19/2026/SEI/COCIC/GPCON/DIRE5/ANVISA expressly recognizes this pathway for products not registered with ANVISA, provided the patient holds a valid medical prescription and the individual authorization. Novus Byzantium LLC does not register products with ANVISA and does not market, advertise, or commercialize products inside Brazilian territory. The patient is the importer of record on every shipment.

Operational posture

  • U.S. entity compliance. Operated as a Wyoming limited liability company under U.S. federal and state law; records and filings maintained for audit.
  • AML / KYC posture. Customer identity and payment-source verification applied before fulfillment; transactions processed through regulated U.S. financial institutions and card networks.
  • Data protection. Importer and order data retained only for purposes of fulfillment, accounting, and regulatory recordkeeping; access restricted to authorized personnel.
  • Auditability. Order, payment, and shipment records are preserved with traceable documentation sufficient to support external review.

    Prescription

    Obtain a valid medical prescription from a physician licensed in your country. Novus Byzantium LLC does not provide, recommend, or review medical prescriptions.

  2. 02Patient

    Import authorization

    Obtain the personal-import authorization required by your country’s regulator. For importers in Brazil, this is the Anuência de Importação issued by ANVISA under RDC nº 660/2022, in your own name, for your own use. Novus Byzantium LLC does not file this authorization on your behalf.

  3. 03Portal

    Order and payment

    Place your order through the Novus Byzantium LLC importer portal. Novus Byzantium LLC is the merchant of record and bills in U.S. dollars. A cross-border payment provider may present the charge to your card issuer in your local currency using a same-day exchange rate; any local taxes or card-issuer fees are governed by your card agreement and your local regulator.

  4. 04Fulfillment

    Shipment

    Novus Byzantium LLC ships from the United States to the address you register in the portal. You appear as the consignee and the importer of record on the airway bill and on the import declaration. Customs clearance, import duties, and any local-delivery steps are your responsibility as the importer of record.

How access works

Access to the Novus Byzantium LLC importer portal is granted only after the patient has submitted a valid medical prescription and either an active personal-import authorization or documented evidence that such authorization is in process with the competent regulator in the patient’s country of residence. Novus Byzantium LLC does not sell products to anonymous visitors, does not accept orders by email or telephone, and does not display product pricing, product names, or product images on this website.

Product availability, pricing, and ordering are handled exclusively inside the authenticated importer portal, and only for the specific product and dosage matching the patient’s prescription and personal-import authorization. Novus Byzantium LLC does not operate a public storefront, does not run product promotions, and does not advertise products to the general public in any jurisdiction.

Third-party service · disclosure

Some importers in Brazil choose to work with an independent third-party service that assists them with gathering and organizing the documents required for their personal-import application. That service is not owned, operated, or controlled by Novus Byzantium LLC, does not act as a representative of Novus Byzantium LLC, and is not part of Novus Byzantium LLC’s fulfillment chain. Importers who use such a service do so under their own separate agreement with that third party.
